REDUCED STEAM CONSUMPTION.

The VAPOR is a innovative machine for vaporisation, shrinkage and relaxation of the fabric.
Ideal for all fabrics, woven or knitted in pure wool, wool-polyester or wool-polyamide and also for synthetic fibres, either traditional or elasticised.

Increases volume and improves the touch, gives a dimensional stability, prepares and finishes fabrics with elastomers.

Vapor 2000 allows up to 80% steam saving when compared to traditional systems, improves results and process times.

Free steaming and shrinking of fabrics in an enclosed heated  tunnel  saturated with steam for maximum exchange of energy to the fabrics.

Minimal residual shrinkage and improved fullness and softer feel achieved with minimal steam consumption; available in two working widths and two tunnel length variants.

ENERGY SAVING: The special double shell tunnel, with all panels fully heated to eliminate the problem of steam condensation, is inclined to reduce fumes escape and optimizes the efficiency of the process by allowing maximum exchange of energy between fabric and steam as the fabric passes over the oscillating fibreglass conveyor belt, provides treatments without any stress to the fabrics. Thanks to special sensors, at the inlet and outlet, allow a proper overfeed without tension or creases. The top plate opens pneumatically  for maintenance.
